Forest Abstraction
The work in Forest Abstraction uses personal photographs of the woods printed onto rice paper with an archival inkjet printer combined with abstract elements of wax. In some cases, bedrock lines are added in silkscreen. My intention is to invoke the eternal energies of the forest as a place of refuge.
