Water’s Edge ( Summer) by Jane Michalski was the recipient of the Best in Show Award at the 14th annual Bridgeport Art Competition. the painting is encaustic on panel,48 x 36 inches in size and includes archival inkjet prints and silkscreen elements.

The show was juried by Monica J. Brown and Kimberly Oliva of Oliva Gallery in Chicago. Marci rubin was the curator.
